NORAINI BINTI ROSLIE

Noraini holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malaya, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the same institution. She is an experienced Advocate and Solicitor admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2016 and to the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in the State of Sabah in 2017. Before moving to Kuala Lumpur, she has been practising in the State of Sabah for more than eight (8) years.

She is proficient in various facets of civil litigation including but not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-Up, Divorce, Probate and Letter of Administration. She also has extensive experience in drafting various agreements such as Licence Agreements, Contract Agreement in a Construction Project, Tenancy Agreements, and Partnerships Agreements.

She is currently handling Maritime Litigation, Debt Recovery, General and Banking Litigation
