Besides conventional banking, we are experienced in managing Islamic banking deals, particularly in drafting Islamic banking-related documentation. We have participated in vast numbers of joint venture projects such as:

1. Negotiating and preparing a Joint Venture Agreement for the subsidiary of a Malaysian public listed company with an American company. 
2. Preparation of a Joint Venture Agreement for a private Malaysian company with a German-based company. 
3. Negotiating and preparing a Joint Venture Agreement for a private Malaysian company with an Iranian shipping company

We conducted due diligence work for a Malaysian public listed company in relation to a private placement issue in a company and for the initial public offering on the first board of the Bursa Malaysia, and for various other mergers and acquisitions involving local companies.
