Hazlina Ahmad
Hazlina joined the firm as a Partner in August 2009.
Throughout her career, Hazlina has acted for a list of clients across the industry. Her client base ranges from financial institutions, cooperatives, universities, property developers and corporations.
Hazlina practises conventional and Islamic banking – retail, commercial and corporate, real estate transactions - ranging from vacant residential land, landed houses, apartments and condominiums, industrial land and factories, property development projects and project financing.
Her other areas of particular practice include corporate advisory and legal work specializing in commercial and corporate agreements. She also handles due diligence works for mergers and acquisitions.
She is currently serving as a committee member of the Bar Council Islamic Finance Committee.
